Levelling Clip

The tile levelling clip is a levelling system component that helps keep the top surfaces of adjacent tiles in the same plane during tiling. It works together with a compatible wedge; the clip size selected determines the joint width left between the tiles.

    The tile levelling clip (tile level clip) helps to control the difference in edge level between adjacent tiles during application.

  • Setting the joint width

    The 0.5–3 mm options refer to the joint width created by the clip, not to the tile thickness.

    The compatible wedge passed through the stem of the levelling clip helps to align the top surfaces of the tiles.

  • Positioning during laying

    The clip base is placed beneath the tile; its stem remains in the joint line between the two tiles.

Applications and model selection

It is used as a tile levelling system component when laying floor and wall tiles. When choosing a clip-type tile spacer, the joint width recommended by the tile manufacturer and the covering thickness the clip is compatible with are checked.

Application and Clip Selection

The clips are placed at the tile edges before the adhesive sets; the compatible wedge is tightened in a controlled manner. The system is not a substitute for a properly prepared substrate. The upper parts are removed once the adhesive has sufficient strength and in accordance with the clip's instructions for use.
