Stainless Steel Z Transition Profile

The stainless steel Z transition profile joins covering edges at different levels with a stepped section. The top flange, vertical part and bottom flange of the stainless steel body form a neat finish at the transition between parquet and the adjacent floor covering.

    The Z flooring transition profile has a connection geometry in which the top and bottom flanges are at different levels.

Applications and model selection

It can be considered for transitions with a level difference where parquet meets tile or another floor covering. When selecting a stainless steel Z threshold profile, the finished levels of the two surfaces and the covering thicknesses are measured together.

Installation and Covering Compatibility

The placement of the bottom flange is planned according to the order in which the coverings are laid. The profile is dry-fitted along the transition line; the seating of the top flange and the fit of the vertical range are checked. The required movement gap of the floor covering is maintained.
