Stainless Steel U Edge Profile

The stainless steel U edge trim profile encloses the exposed edge of parquet and similar coverings with a U-shaped section. The top and bottom flanges of the stainless steel body join the vertical front face to form a neat termination at the end of the floor covering.

    The U flooring edge trim profile has a section that follows the end of the covering from above and below to finish the parquet edge.

  • Flat front face

    The visible vertical part closes the cut edge of the floor covering with a metal finish.

    The long bottom flange and the shorter top part define how the product is placed, as shown in its technical section.

  • Opening to suit the covering

    The internal opening is selected by measuring the covering thickness together with the required installation allowance.

Applications and model selection

It can be used for parquet terminations and for covering ends that suit a U section. The stainless steel floor edge trim strip provides an edge detail that defines the line where the floor covering ends.

Installation and Covering Compatibility

The profile opening is dry-fitted on the covering edge. The placement of the bottom flange is planned according to the laying order; a suitable fixing material is selected. The finish is completed while maintaining the movement gap the parquet requires.
