Square Edge Trim Profile with Anchoring Leg

The lugged straight edge trim profile forms a flat metal finish at the tile edge, while the lug and top lip within the section frame the end of the covering. The perforated flange of the aluminium body is the fixing section that sits beneath the tiling.

  • Straight finishing line

    The straight tile edge trim profile forms a flat, distinct edge at the point where the covering ends.

  • Inner lug detail

    The lug projecting inwards in the section is a model-specific geometry that needs to be considered together with the covering edge.

  • Short top lip

    The return at the top contributes to the metal frame that finishes the visible part of the tile end.

  • Set in place with the tiling

    The perforated flange is bedded in the adhesive, so the profile is installed at the same stage as the covering.

Applications and model selection

It can be used as a lugged tile edge trim profile at wall tile ends, niche edges and open covering ends. The 10 and 12 mm options are matched to the covering thickness and the top level.

Installation and Covering Compatibility

The contact between the lug inside the profile and the tile, and the height of the top lip, are checked in a dry fit. The mounting flange is bedded and the visible straight line is aligned along the covering. A suitable joint allowance is left.
