Tile Internal Corner LED Profile

The Tile Inside Corner LED Profile creates an illuminated corner detail where two tiled surfaces meet. In the model coded Y6287, the LED channel sits in an angled section; the perforated flanges help position the profile together with the tiling.

Highlights

  • Tile inside corner LED profile

    The angled section fitted into the inside corner brings the tile joint together with a line of lighting. The profile, the covering and the corner geometry are planned together.

  • Perforated mounting flanges

    The flanges in two directions form the connection area under the covering. The tile adhesive and the covering level are applied while keeping the channel opening clear.

  • Tile corner lighting

    It lets light run along the corner at niches and wall junctions. The line of lighting can be related to the tile layout and the joint plan.

  • Mill finish and painted surface

    Mill finish or special paint colours can be considered for matching the visible parts of the profile to the covering. The final colour choice is made according to the application design.

Applications and model selection

It can be used at tiled inside corners, decorative niches and wall covering junctions. If use in wet areas is being considered, the LED, the connections and the waterproofing details are selected separately to suit the ambient conditions.

Installation and Model Compatibility

Before tiling, the profile is dry-fitted together with the tile thickness and the adhesive allowance. The flanges are set in place; the LED channel is protected from mortar and grout. The strip and the cover are selected according to the section. Access to the lighting connections and the required waterproofing are planned before application.

How is it installed?

  1. Measure and cut

    Mark the profile to the length required and cut it straight with a metal-cutting saw.

  2. Fit the LED strip

    Remove the backing tape from the strip and press it along the full length of the channel base to stick it down.

  3. Route the cable out

    Take the power cable out through the end of the profile or through a hole you have drilled.

  4. Fix the profile

    Fix the profile to the mounting surface with clips, screws or adhesive.

  5. Fit the cover

    Press the cover into the channel until it seats, then fit the end caps.

How is the cover fitted?

  1. Start from one end

    Insert one end of the cover into the channel at the end of the profile.

  2. Press along the full length

    Press the cover with your thumb to seat it in the channel along the profile.

  3. Fit the end caps

    Close both ends of the profile with the end caps.

Colour and finish options vary by product. For products with more than one option, the selection is made in the purchase area. For products with a single finish, the finish is stated under Product Specifications. For colours outside the standard options, you can submit a custom colour request with a RAL code.
