Grooved L Stair Nosing Profile

The ribbed L stair nosing profile is an aluminium edge profile with lengthwise ribs on both its top and front flanges. The 20×20 and 30×30 mm models are intended to give different coverage widths at the step corner.

    The ribbed L nosing profile gives a uniform look along the corner, with a linear pattern that carries over from the top to the front face.

    The L section encloses the horizontal edge and the front end of the covering in an aluminium frame.

Applications and model selection

It is used on interior steps and covering ends that call for a ribbed stair corner profile. In projects where the top and front faces are to carry the same texture, the appearance of the two flanges is assessed together.

Installation and Step Compatibility

Both faces of the corner are measured and the contact areas of the profile are dry-fitted. The cut ends are cleaned and a fixing method suited to the surface is chosen. The profile length, the actual section and the required surface are verified before installation.
