Highlights

  • Lengthwise lined appearance

The lined threshold profile differs from plain-surfaced thresholds in the texture that runs along its top surface.

  • 38 mm cover width

The top width is assessed by measuring the joint gap and the bearing allowance on each side together.

  • Curved edge transition

The metal surface curves down to both sides, so the profile covers the floor joint in a single line.

  • Connection along the lower edges

The technical layout includes taped contact sections; suitability is checked according to the floor type.

Applications and model selection

It can be used as a lined parquet transition profile at door thresholds and room junctions. When selecting an aluminium threshold strip, the covering levels and contact areas are taken into account as much as the appearance of the top texture.

Installation and Floor Compatibility

The surface is prepared clean and dry; the profile is cut and trial-fitted. Check that the taped contact areas sit on sound floor. The parquet expansion gap is maintained and the connection is completed to suit the application system.
