The PVC Wall Panel Outside Corner Profile brings PVC panel edges together at the outward-turning corner of two wall surfaces. Its rounded aluminium surface allows the covering to continue around the corner in a clean line and covers the cut panel ends. With silver, gold and black options, it forms a corner detail suited to the colour of the wall covering.

  • PVC panel outside corner joint

    The panel edges on two separate wall surfaces sit in the slots of the corner profile. The joint is thus completed along a single line at the point where the covering changes direction.

  • Rounded visible surface

    The curved outer surface gives the corner a soft transition. On marble-patterned PVC panels in particular, it covers the cut ends and forms a distinct detail framing the covering.

  • Aluminium outside corner profile

    The flanges of the profile in both directions prevent the panel ends from being left exposed. It covers the visible edge of the outside corner and provides continuity between panel and corner.

  • Three colours to suit the decoration

    The silver, gold and black surfaces can be chosen according to the panel pattern, door details and other metal accessories. Depending on the colour chosen, the corner line can be emphasised or kept understated.

Applications and model selection

It can be used on column claddings, wall projections and outside corner returns covered with PVC panels. It suits details where the covering continues across two surfaces in home, office, shop and hotel interiors. When selecting a model, the geometry of the wall corner and the actual panel thickness should be assessed together.

Installation and Panel Compatibility

The corner line is measured, the profile is cut to the required length and the cutting burrs are removed. A dry fit is carried out with the panels to check seating on both sides and vertical alignment. The fixing method is determined according to the wall surface and the panel system. The panel thickness should be compared with the 3.6 mm slot opening in the technical drawing.

Which colour options are available?

Colour and finish options vary by product. For products with more than one option, the selection is made in the purchase area. For products with a single finish, the finish is stated under Product Specifications. For colours outside the standard options, you can submit a custom colour request with a RAL code.
