The V level-change profile forms a sloped aluminium transition between a higher and a lower floor covering. The grooved top flange sits on the higher side; the plain sloped section extends towards the lower surface.

Applications and model selection

It can be used where coverings at different levels, such as parquet and tile, meet. When selecting the V parquet transition profile, the height difference and the contact area on each side are assessed against the actual section.

Installation and Floor Compatibility

The finished floor levels are measured; both the top flange and the sloped end of the profile are trial-fitted on the surfaces. A suitable fixing method is chosen. The 40 mm nominal designation is not a level-change capacity; the fit is verified separately.
