Grooved-Top Threshold Profile

The lined-top threshold profile covers the joint between floor coverings with a curved aluminium surface carrying lengthwise lines. Its 38 mm top width forms a neat metal finishing area at doorways and between rooms.

Applications and model selection

It can be used as a lined parquet transition profile at door thresholds and room junctions. When selecting an aluminium threshold strip, the covering levels and contact areas are taken into account as much as the appearance of the top texture.

Installation and Floor Compatibility

The surface is prepared clean and dry; the profile is cut and trial-fitted. Check that the taped contact areas sit on sound floor. The parquet expansion gap is maintained and the connection is completed to suit the application system.
