10 mm T Transition Profile (PVC Panel)

The 10 mm T Transition Profile is an aluminium transition element that covers the joint line where PVC wall panels meet side by side. The lower leg of the T section sits between the panels while the top surface extends over the edges of both panels. It can be considered for separating different panel patterns or for forming a decorative metal line in a flat wall covering.

  • PVC panel T joint profile

    The visible part of the T section covers the joint line of the two panels. This creates a neat metal transition on a covering that continues in the same wall plane.

  • Lower leg that sits between the panels

    The lower leg is positioned in the gap between the panels. Leaving a suitable gap for this part in the layout plan helps the top surface of the profile to sit correctly.

  • Decorative panel transition trim

    A thin boundary can be formed between surfaces in marble-patterned or plain-colour PVC coverings. Vertical or horizontal use is determined by the panel layout and the direction of the joints.

  • Different transition effects with three colours

    The silver, gold and black options can be matched with the panel patterns. In wall designs that call for a metallic accent or a dark dividing line, different results are obtained through the choice of colour.

Applications and model selection

It can be used for panel transitions behind TV units, decorative wall divisions and joint lines in shop or office coverings. The gap between panels meeting in the same plane, the surface level and the space to be allowed for the lower leg of the profile should be checked together when selecting the model.

Installation and Panel Compatibility

The panel gap and the depth in which the lower leg will sit are measured. The profile is cut to length and dry-fitted; the top surface is checked to make sure it sits evenly on both panels. The fixing method is chosen according to the panel and the substrate. The 10 mm model size in the product name must not be used as the panel thickness; the application diagram shows a 3.6 mm PVC panel.
