12×38 Dual-Channel Pendant LED Profile

The 12 × 38 Dual-Channel Pendant LED Profile provides two LED channels opening in different directions within a single aluminium section. The oval sections joined side by side allow the light to be designed from two separate surfaces. The dual-channel structure is considered for bespoke pendant and decorative lighting projects.

Highlights

  • Two-directional pendant LED profile

    Strip and cover placement can be planned separately for each channel. This allows a lighting component that emits light in different directions to be designed.

  • Two-channel lighting profile

    The channels in the section open in different directions. The mounting orientation of the profile determines the direction and visibility of the light surfaces in the space.

  • 38.2 mm overall width

    The outer width in the drawing shows the space taken up by the combined body. The dimensions in the model name are not to be read as the inner seat of both channels.

  • Oval section geometry

    The rounded outer surfaces combine the two channels in a single decorative body. The visible metal form and the light openings are assessed together in the design.

Applications and model selection

It can be used in bespoke pendants, decorative hanging light designs and multi-surface lighting components where a two-directional light effect is wanted. The lighting function and electrical connection of each channel are planned separately within the project.

Installation and Model Compatibility

The orientation and mechanical fixing of the profile are determined by the position of the two light surfaces. The LED strips are selected to suit the inner section of each channel. Total power and the cable route are prepared with both channels considered together. A light and seating trial is carried out with both covers.

How is it installed?

  1. Measure and cut

    Mark the profile to the length required and cut it straight with a metal-cutting saw.

  2. Fit the LED strip

    Remove the backing tape from the strip and press it along the full length of the channel base to stick it down.

  3. Route the cable out

    Take the power cable out through the end of the profile or through a hole you have drilled.

  4. Fix the profile

    Fix the profile to the mounting surface with clips, screws or adhesive.

  5. Fit the cover

    Press the cover into the channel until it seats, then fit the end caps.

How is the cover fitted?

  1. Start from one end

    Insert one end of the cover into the channel at the end of the profile.

  2. Press along the full length

    Press the cover with your thumb to seat it in the channel along the profile.

  3. Fit the end caps

    Close both ends of the profile with the end caps.

Which colour options are available?

Colour and finish options vary by product. For products with more than one option, the selection is made in the purchase area. For products with a single finish, the finish is stated under Product Specifications. For colours outside the standard options, you can submit a custom colour request with a RAL code.

Can I get a price for project and wholesale orders?
