Flat L Corner Profile

The flat L corner profile brings covering edges and right-angle corner joints together under an aluminium surface with its two equal flanges. The flat flange design creates a plain corner cover detail in different widths.

    The aluminium L corner profile provides cover surfaces of the same nominal width on both sides of the corner.

    Models ranging from 10×10 mm to 50×50 mm can be selected according to the width of the edge area to be covered.

    The flat angle profile forms a plain metal finish without lines on the open edge of the covering.

Applications and model selection

It can be used for floor edge finishes, covering corners and decorative edge cover applications. When selecting an L corner trim, the area the two flanges will cover, the corner angle and the contact surfaces are measured.

Installation and Floor Compatibility

The profile is cut to the application length and dry-fitted on the corner. After checking that both flanges seat on the surface, it is fixed in a way suited to the covering and to aluminium. Cut ends must be prepared free of burrs and the visible surface must be protected.
