Stainless Steel U-Shaped Tile Profile Lux

The stainless steel U-shaped wall tile profile Lux finishes the tile edge with a flat front face and a folded upper flange. The U-shaped stainless steel section encloses the end of the tiling; the perforated lower part sits on the application surface.

    The Lux U wall tile profile differs from the Eco model in the inward-folded return at its upper edge.

    The front part of the U section forms a metal finish across the tile thickness.

    Selection within the 6–20 mm profile height range is made by assessing the tile and the application bed together.

Applications and model selection

It can be used on the open edges of wall tiling and on tile details where a flat-faced finish is wanted. When choosing a stainless steel U tile edge trim profile, the visible width of the upper flange is also assessed.

Installation and Tiling Compatibility

The U section is dry-fitted at the tile edge. The perforated flange is set into a suitable adhesive; the position of the folded upper part relative to the tile is checked. The required installation allowance between the tiling and the profile is maintained.
