Corner LED Profile

The Aluminium Corner LED Profile is used to position LED light at an angle where two surfaces meet. With its triangular outer section and front cover seat, the Y6124 aluminium model suits shelves, cabinets and similar interior details. The direction of the light is determined by how the profile is positioned.

Highlights

  • Triangular corner LED profile

    The angled rear faces help the profile to sit at the junction. The geometry of the corner is checked together with the body.

  • Angled LED channel for furniture

    The cover opening is inclined relative to the two adjacent surfaces. This arrangement can be considered for directing light towards a shelf or work area.

  • Compact triangular form

    The drawing shows a width of 25.81 mm and a height of 16.7 mm. These outer dimensions are used to plan the space to be allowed in the corner.

  • Cover specific to the section

    The seats at the front opening allow the compatible cover to fit correctly. The LED strip and cover are chosen according to the inner geometry of the angled channel.

Applications and model selection

It can be used at under-cabinet junctions, shelf corners, display case interiors and furniture where directed light is wanted between two surfaces. The position of the surface to be lit is assessed together with the orientation of the profile.

Installation and Model Compatibility

The profile is aligned along the corner and fixed to the surface by a suitable method. The LED strip is applied to the inner seat; cable routes are arranged so that they do not obstruct the cover. The effect of the light on the target surface is tested in the actual mounting direction. The cover is seated properly along the whole run.

How is it installed?

  1. Measure and cut

    Mark the profile to the length required and cut it straight with a metal-cutting saw.

  2. Fit the LED strip

    Remove the backing tape from the strip and press it along the full length of the channel base to stick it down.

  3. Route the cable out

    Take the power cable out through the end of the profile or through a hole you have drilled.

  4. Fix the profile

    Fix the profile to the mounting surface with clips, screws or adhesive.

  5. Fit the cover

    Press the cover into the channel until it seats, then fit the end caps.

How is the cover fitted?

  1. Start from one end

    Insert one end of the cover into the channel at the end of the profile.

  2. Press along the full length

    Press the cover with your thumb to seat it in the channel along the profile.

  3. Fit the end caps

    Close both ends of the profile with the end caps.

Colour and finish options vary by product. For products with more than one option, the selection is made in the purchase area. For products with a single finish, the finish is stated under Product Specifications. For colours outside the standard options, you can submit a custom colour request with a RAL code.
