14×13 Round Pendant LED Profile

The 14 × 13 Round Pendant LED Profile is used in decorative lighting components, with a rounded body form and a separate LED channel. The curved upper part of the aluminium section forms a volume distinct from the light opening. This construction is taken into account when designing the visible body of the pendant.

Highlights

  • Round-section pendant profile

    The curved section gives the pendant component a fuller outer form. The visible metal surface is considered together with the other parts of the design.

  • Decorative pendant LED channel

    The LED channel is separated from the curved upper part by an internal divider. The strip is fitted according to the usable dimensions of its own channel.

  • 13 mm section height

    The total height in the drawing helps in planning the outer volume of the lighting component. Connection details are arranged together with this section.

  • Light cover to suit the section

    The channel opening and the side seats determine the cover match. The round outer appearance does not by itself define the size of the cover or the LED strip.

Applications and model selection

It can be considered for bespoke pendants and decorative linear lighting elements where a rounded body appearance is wanted. The shape of the profile section does not mean that the pendant is circular or flexible along its length.

Installation and Model Compatibility

Mechanical connections are planned together with the section and the design loads. The LED strip is chosen to suit the inner channel; the cable route and cover access are arranged. Joints and the visible curved surface are checked. The final light effect is tested together with the actual cover to be used in the design.

How is it installed?

  1. Measure and cut

    Mark the profile to the length required and cut it straight with a metal-cutting saw.

  2. Fit the LED strip

    Remove the backing tape from the strip and press it along the full length of the channel base to stick it down.

  3. Route the cable out

    Take the power cable out through the end of the profile or through a hole you have drilled.

  4. Fix the profile

    Fix the profile to the mounting surface with clips, screws or adhesive.

  5. Fit the cover

    Press the cover into the channel until it seats, then fit the end caps.

How is the cover fitted?

  1. Start from one end

    Insert one end of the cover into the channel at the end of the profile.

  2. Press along the full length

    Press the cover with your thumb to seat it in the channel along the profile.

  3. Fit the end caps

    Close both ends of the profile with the end caps.

Which colour options are available?

Colour and finish options vary by product. For products with more than one option, the selection is made in the purchase area. For products with a single finish, the finish is stated under Product Specifications. For colours outside the standard options, you can submit a custom colour request with a RAL code.

Can I get a price for project and wholesale orders?
