Grooved Trouser Rack Profile

The ribbed trouser rail profile is a round aluminium tube used in trouser hanging arrangements inside wardrobes. Its lengthwise ribbed outer surface forms the hanging line over which trousers are folded; the end connections are completed with a compatible carrier system.

Applications and model selection

It can be used as a component of a trouser hanging system in wardrobes and dressing units. The tube is selected together with the carrier socket, the span length and the planned load.

Installation and System Compatibility

The tube is cut to suit the distance between the carriers; its ends are prepared free of burrs. A dry fit is carried out by comparing the actual diameter with the connection sockets. The installation method of the carrier system is followed and the surfaces in contact with garments are checked.
