Stainless Steel Lux Round-Edge Trim Profile

The stainless steel oval Lux edge trim profile completes tile external corners and exposed covering ends with a curved metal line. The oval surface and inward-folded upper edge of its stainless steel body form a unified finish along the corner.

Highlights

  • Oval outer surface

    The oval wall tile corner profile covers the cut edge of the tile and forms a rounded transition between the two surfaces.

  • Folded upper edge

    The inward turn of the upper end distinguishes the section of the Lux model from oval models with a straight end.

  • Perforated installation flange

    The flange that sits beneath the tile allows the profile to be placed together with the covering application.

  • Height to suit the covering

    The 6–14 mm profile height range is assessed against the finished level of the tile and adhesive bed.

Applications and model selection

It can be used as a stainless steel tile finishing trim in bathroom, kitchen, recess and column coverings. The appearance of the corner, the covering thickness and the surrounding metal details are considered together when selecting the model.

Installation and Covering Compatibility

The profile is aligned along the corner; the perforated flange is set into a suitable adhesive bed. The visible curve and the joint allowance are checked as the tiles are laid. Application residues left on the surface are cleaned using a method suitable for the covering.
