Highlights

  • C-shaped return

The C stair nose profile forms a curved finish running from the top edge of the step to its front face.

  • Short upper lip

The return on the upper edge of the section is a finishing detail that joins the tile end to the metal nose.

  • Perforated mounting flange

The extension that sits under the covering provides an area for bedding the profile in the adhesive.

  • Surface match

The matt and polished alternatives can be chosen together with the tile texture and the other aluminium elements on the stair.

Applications and model selection

The C step profile is used in applications that call for a curved nose on the front edge of a tiled covering. The 10 and 12 mm options are assessed together with the covering and the mounting bed.

Installation and Step Compatibility

The nose position of the profile and its alignment along the step are set before tiling. The mounting flange is bedded in a suitable fixing material; the covering is finished at the same top level as the profile. The seating of the front return on the riser is checked.
