80 mm Flush-Mounted LED Skirting Profile

The 80 mm Recessed LED Skirting Profile creates an illuminated finish at the base of the wall with its wide vertical flange and plaster-in installation. The aluminium model, code Y6367, is used in applications planned together with the plaster and the floor level. The LED opening provides a linear accent on the lower part of the wall.

Highlights

  • 80 mm flanged LED skirting

    The wide flange determines how the profile relates to the wall layers. This dimension is not to be read as the width of the LED opening or as strip compatibility.

  • Recessed illuminated skirting

    The profile is installed together with the plaster layer and becomes part of the wall surface. The finished appearance is set out together with the levels of the flange and the light channel.

  • Covered light opening

    The compatible cover in front of the channel completes the line of light. LED placement and cover distance are assessed together for the desired appearance.

  • Mill finish and painted options

    Mill finish, black and special paint surfaces help match the visible area around the channel to the design. The choice is made together with the finishing materials.

Applications and model selection

It can be used in homes, hotels and offices on walls where a recessed skirting detail can be prepared. This model is considered when the 80 mm flange area is compatible with the floor covering and the wall layers.

Installation and Model Compatibility

The profile is positioned before plastering, once the finished floor level has been determined. The flange is fixed; the LED channel and the cover seat are kept clean. The strip and connections are selected according to the inner section. The continuation of the light line is planned at doors, corners and end points; a final lighting test is carried out.

How is it installed?

  1. Measure and cut

    Mark the profile to the length required and cut it straight with a metal-cutting saw.

  2. Fit the LED strip

    Remove the backing tape from the strip and press it along the full length of the channel base to stick it down.

  3. Route the cable out

    Take the power cable out through the end of the profile or through a hole you have drilled.

  4. Fix the profile

    Fix the profile to the mounting surface with clips, screws or adhesive.

  5. Fit the cover

    Press the cover into the channel until it seats, then fit the end caps.

How is the cover fitted?

  1. Start from one end

    Insert one end of the cover into the channel at the end of the profile.

  2. Press along the full length

    Press the cover with your thumb to seat it in the channel along the profile.

  3. Fit the end caps

    Close both ends of the profile with the end caps.

Colour and finish options vary by product. For products with more than one option, the selection is made in the purchase area. For products with a single finish, the finish is stated under Product Specifications. For colours outside the standard options, you can submit a custom colour request with a RAL code.
