The 4 mm H Joint Profile with LED finishes the joint between PVC wall panels with linear lighting. In the aluminium model, code Y6350, the panels sit in opposing slots; the central LED channel turns the joint into an illuminated design element. The 4 mm dimension refers to the compatible panel thickness.

Highlights

  • PVC panel joint profile with LED

    The H-shaped body brings two panels together from opposite sides. The lighting line in the centre turns the joint in the wall cladding into a decorative line of light.

  • 4 mm PVC panel placement

    The application section shows 4 mm PVC panels used on both sides of the profile. The actual thickness and edge form of the panel should be matched to the profile slots before installation.

  • LED channel between panels

    The LED strip is placed in the central channel, which is separate from the panel slots. The opal cover helps to diffuse the light; the appearance depends on the construction of the chosen strip and the properties of the cover.

  • Six surface options

    The polished, gold, black, white, anthracite and beige options can be adapted to different panel designs. The visible profile surface and the lighting colour are assessed together to complete the overall appearance of the wall.

Applications and model selection

It can be used to create illuminated panel joints on PVC-clad TV walls, hotel reception areas and decorative in-store surfaces. When choosing the model, the 4 mm panel compatibility, the direction of the light line and the position of the electrical connection should be planned together.

Installation and LED Strip Selection

Before the profile and the panels are fixed, the joint line, the cable route and the position of the power supply are determined. The panels are placed in the opposing slots; the LED strip is chosen according to the clear inner channel opening. The 4 mm in the product name is not the LED strip width. The cover fit and the electrical connections are checked and a lighting test is carried out.
