30×40 Chamfered L Stair Nosing Profile with Rubber Insert

The 30×40 chamfered rubber-insert L stair nosing profile combines a top surface with a rubber strip and a chamfered corner detail. Its aluminium body finishes the return at the front of the step and forms a distinct metal frame around the rubber contact area.

Highlights
  • Chamfered corner detail

The chamfered stair profile shapes the corner transition of the L section with a sloped face, giving the model its own appearance.

  • Top slot carrying the rubber

The strip sits in the channel in the top section and forms an area at the step end with a texture different from the metal surface.

  • Front edge closure

The vertical leg covers the open front end of the stair covering and tidies the finish on the riser side.

  • Surfaces chosen together

The aluminium finish and the look of the rubber can be assessed together with the step covering to set up a shared colour scheme.

Applications and model selection

The chamfered rubber-insert stair nosing profile can be considered for stairs where the shape of the front corner is part of the design. When choosing among the 30×40 rubber-insert models, the chamfer detail and the actual section are compared.

Installation and Step Compatibility

The corner angle, front return and rubber slot are checked on a sample. The contact surfaces of the profile are prepared and a suitable fixing method is applied. The inner slot dimensions in the drawing should not be confused with the overall profile width.
