Terms of Use and Service

Effective date: 24 September 2026 | Website: www.yigitaluminyumprofil.com

Purpose and scope

These terms govern the use of the presentation, product browsing, ordering and contact functions of the website www.yigitaluminyumprofil.com. The site is operated by MUSTAFA YİĞİT, who uses the Yiğit Alüminyum Profil brand. Address and contact details are set out on the Legal Notice and Company Information page. For purchases, the Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract relating to the order apply.

Consumer legislation applies to transactions in which products are purchased for purposes that are not commercial or professional. Consumer status is determined by the actual purpose of the transaction and the statutory definition. Commercial or professional purchases are subject to the general and the relevant commercial legislation and to the conditions expressly agreed for that transaction.

Product presentation and prices

The main characteristics of the product, the unit and quantity sold, the size, the choice of colour or model where applicable, and the parts included in the pack are described on the product page. For LED profile products, the cover specified in the product description is included; the LED, the power supply and other accessories are not part of the pack unless it is expressly stated that they are also included. In the other profile groups, the item sold is the profile. This scope is confirmed for each product in the order summary.

Prices are shown in Turkish lira and inclusive of the taxes payable by the consumer. A discount depending on the order quantity may apply to some products; the relevant product page and basket rules apply to all customers who meet the same conditions. There is no dealer-specific pricing system. The discount calculation and the shipping charge are shown in the final total before payment.

Transaction Guide

The model, size and quantity are checked on the product page; the product is added to the basket. In the basket the product, the quantity and any discount may be reviewed again; before the payment is confirmed, the quantity may be changed or the product removed. Purchases are made without membership and without creating a customer account.

The buyer enters the invoice and delivery details, selects the delivery method offered and proceeds to the payment step. The product total, tax, shipping and any other legally valid amounts are shown. The Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Contract are reviewed; the acknowledgement of receipt of the information and the acceptance of the contract are recorded as separate transaction records. The final button states clearly that the order gives rise to an obligation to pay.

Before the payment is confirmed, input errors may be corrected by returning to the previous steps. The order becomes final upon successful PayTR payment; no separate confirmation by the seller is required. The order confirmation and the contract texts relating to that transaction are sent to the e-mail address provided. For an error noticed after payment, contact may be made via info@yigitaluminyumprofil.com or 0532 642 72 80; changes are concluded according to the agreement of the parties and the status of the transaction.

For WhatsApp orders, the products, quantity, delivery and total price are stated in writing; the order-specific preliminary information and contract are sent before payment. Following the buyer's confirmation and successful payment, the same order rules apply. Card details or security passwords must not be shared by message.

Contract and transaction records are retained for the period required by the legislation, and for at least three years in the case of distance sales records. Customers may request a copy of the documents relating to their own transaction via info@yigitaluminyumprofil.com, following verification of identity and of the transaction. Details of data retention are set out in the Privacy Notice under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK Aydınlatma Metni).

Obligations in using the site

The user must provide accurate information and must not make unauthorised use of another person's identity or means of payment. Activities that damage the site, disrupt the service, obtain unauthorised access or infringe the rights of third parties are not permitted. A suspected security breach may be reported to the business.

Content and customer contributions

The site content may be viewed lawfully and used to the extent necessary for personal use. The commercial reproduction or republication of the content is subject to the permission of the relevant rights holder, save for the statutory exceptions. Technical content does not constitute a project-specific engineering or installation undertaking.

Should the publication of a customer review, project photograph or other contribution arise, the person sharing it must hold the necessary rights in the content and must not share the personal data of third parties without authorisation. Permission to publish is obtained separately and for a specified scope; these terms do not grant unlimited permission for advertising. Notifications of unlawful content are examined.

Access and changes

Access to the site may be interrupted temporarily owing to maintenance, updates or technical faults. This does not remove the liability of the business with regard to the performance of existing orders, returns and statutory applications. If access to the site is restricted on grounds of security or unlawfulness, the intervention is kept necessary and proportionate; an explanation is given to the user unless there is an urgent security reason or a legal impediment.

Current product, price and service information may be changed for new transactions. Subsequent changes do not alter, unilaterally and retrospectively, the price of a sales contract already concluded or the consumer's rights. Material changes to the terms of use of the site are announced in an appropriate manner; where necessary, acceptance of the contract is obtained again.

Liability and applications

Turkish law applies; mandatory consumer and data protection provisions and liability arising from intent and gross fault cannot be limited. Complaints may be sent to info@yigitaluminyumprofil.com.

Depending on the monetary limits in force on the date of application, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) at the consumer's place of residence or at the place where the transaction was carried out and, in cases within its jurisdiction, to the Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi). Before an action is brought in the Consumer Court, mediation applies as a precondition to litigation, save for the statutory exceptions. Statutory rights of application and action are reserved.
